Notes on Vernon

Vernon has been on my desk for a long time. It's a novel about an architect trying to finish a building — which turns out to be a way of asking whether we ever finish anything, or whether we simply run out of room to keep going.

I'll say more about it as we get closer to release. For now: it's coming, it's in the hands of a very patient editor, and the cover is my favourite thing I've had made in a while.
